Real Housewives Star Kyle Richards Lists Aspen Home For $9.75M

An Aspen home central to some reality TV drama is hitting the market for almost $10 million.

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards and her husband, luxury real estate broker Mauricio Umansky, listed the Colorado vacation home after almost six years of ownership, Dirt.com reported. The couple bought the East Hyman Avenue home for $4.2 million in 2016.

The 2,426-square-foot home, in the heart of downtown Aspen, was the setting for some yet-to-be-aired drama when Richards and other Housewives cast members went on a girls trip this year. Whatever happened on that stay prompted Richards and Umansky
who co-founded The Agency in 2011, to put the home on the market for $9.75 million.

“When I went back this last time, I took some sage with me,” Richards told Entertainment Tonight. “There was a Ouija board involved. Things really got out of control, let me tell you.”

The three-story duplex, where Richards says she and her husband lived part-time, sits at the end of East Hyman Avenue, a quiet cul-de-sac just west of Roaring Fork River. It has four bedrooms and five baths. Hardwood floors run throughout the house and river rock accent walls and exposed log beams contribute to the mountain-getaway design.

Views of the surrounding mountains and Roaring Fork Valley can be taken in from two decks, including one on the rooftop with a hot tub and a fire pit. The other deck is off the living room, which has a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and dining area that leads into the kitchen.

Upstairs, the primary suite, which also has a stone fireplace, has french doors that open onto a private balcony and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and dual steam showers. A two-car garage is also included on the property.
