The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up Wednesday morning with shares of American Express and Salesforce leading the way for the blue-chip average. The Dow DJIA was most recently trading 108 points, or 0.3%, higher, as shares of American Express AXP and Salesforce CRM have contributed to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday rally.
