Rick Hilton’s name may have long been synonymous with luxury real estate via the famed Hilton & Hyland brand, but all good brands need evolution. Today, Hilton along with his son and daughter-in-law, Barron and Tessa, are looking to harness the family name with the launch of Hilton Hilton—the family’s new real estate brokerage.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the new firm launches with a small group of agents, including Justin Alexander and Rosemary Ohm. Plus the aforementioned three Hiltons. The company will offer a “lifestyle-focused approach to the real estate experience,” with a focus on bridging the gap between old and young buyers.

“The new Hilton Hilton brand was formed around the values and achievements of a lifetime in prestige property sales,” the company’s new website reads. “As we nurture and grow our brand we are reminded of the journey to this point.”

The creation of Hilton Hilton follows the death of Rick’s longtime business partner, Jeff Hyland, in 2022. In late 2022, Hyland’s widow, Lori, then bought Rick out of his ownership of Hilton & Hyland.

At that time, Rick released a statement that read, in part: “I entered the real estate business over thirty years ago. During those three decades, along with my partner, Jeff Hyland, we created and built Hilton & Hyland. Together, we turned our company into the finest boutique brokerage in the world. With Jeff’s passing, it seemed like a natural progression to move forward by creating a new brokerage with my son, Barron. It is to be called Hilton & Hilton.”

A slight name change later and Hilton Hilton has officially arrived. In addition to luxury sales, the brand will also reportedly include “Hilton Hilton Elevate,” an events arm of the business that reimagines the traditional open house.
