CALV Presents April 17 Class on Business Brokerage

LAS VEGAS – Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is presenting an April 17 class for real estate professionals on “Introduction to Business Brokerage.”
The class will be held at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd. from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. The cost is $20 for members of CALV and its affiliated organizations, or $30 for others. Participants can earn three continuing education credits for completing the class.
The instructor is CALV President-elect Jennifer Weinberg, a residential and business broker with BHHS Nevada Properties in Las Vegas. She said those who attend the class will gain a basic understanding of the roles, transactions and processes involved in being a business broker.
CALV President Chris McGarey, a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), said a key part of CALV’s mission and service to its members and the industry is presenting fully accredited continuing education classes with an emphasis on commercial real estate, all taught by experienced instructors.
