With more than two decades of experience in the dental industry, Gibowicz is positioned to expand the company’s services into new markets and provide crucial support to dentists looking to appraise or sell their practices.

Prior to joining Menlo, Gibowicz spent 20 years at Henry Schein Dental, where he served as Regional Sales Manager, Practice Broker, and Field Sales Consultant. In these roles, he helped dentists across multiple states grow their practices and provided crucial advice on supplies, equipment, and technology. Gibowicz’s background also includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Menlo Dental Transitions was founded in 2014 and quickly became the leader in Arizona dental practice sales. In recent years, the firm expanded its practice appraisal and transition services nationwide. Gibowicz is the sixth sales advisor to join the team, each with their own geographic area; he will focus his efforts on Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming.
