Pat Helton, a licensed broker associate with Coldwell Banker Realty, was honored at the Coldwell Banker Annual Awards Gala March 22 through 24 at the J. W. Marriott Resort and Spa in Palm Desert for her outstanding real estate sales production in 2023.
