Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty has named Tammie Margolese managing broker for its Brentwood office.
A native of Nashville, Margolese brings more than 25 years of experience as a training consultant and realtor to the role. According to a release, she was affiliated with Woodmont Realty roughly 12 years ago and recently returned to take on the role of managing broker.
Margolese replaces Nancy Malone, who held the position for about 13 years.
Margolese holds a Master of Arts degree in teaching and a Bachelor of Arts degree in management and human relations from Trevecca Nazarene University. She is licensed as an instructor by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and holds various real estate industry designations.
