Trinity Partners adds four partners, full-service brokerage platform in Greenville

Trinity Partners, a Charlotte-based commercial real estate agency with an office in Greenville, announced Jan. 22 it has elevated Nicole Oakley to partner and welcomed Edward Wilson, Walt Robinson and Lakin Parr as partners.

Oakley leads the firm’s Greenville office. She joined Trinity Partners in 2010 as a property manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of assets across Charlotte.

Wilson served as managing partner at Wilson Kibler.

Robinson will focus on warehouse, manufacturing and flex assets. He also worked at Wilson Kibler and has hands-on experience working in the logistics industry.

Parr has over a decade of experience and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant net lease properties, mainly throughout the southeastern United States. He worked with Pintail Commercial Real Estate.

The four partners will also expand Greenville’s services offerings to include a full-service brokerage platform.

“We’ve been both diligent and discerning in our search for the right team to expand what we offer in Greenville,” said Adam Colvin, managing partner with Trinity Partners. “Nicole has done an exceptional job growing our management portfolio and reputation within the market. Our imperative was to find brokerage leadership that complements what she and her team have built while exemplifying Trinity Partners’ unique service approach and company culture.”

Trinity Partners has offices in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina, and Greenville and Columbia.
