Trinity Partners Establishes Brokerage Operations in Greenville
Trinity Partners Greenville, an affiliate of Charlotte, North Carolina-based Trinity Partners, has expanded its operation in Greenville, South Carolina, by adding three brokers to establish a full-service brokerage service line to complement its existing property management operations in the Greenville office.
Joining the firm are real estate brokers Edward Wilson CCIM, SIOR, MCR, Walt Robinson CCIM, SIOR, and Lakin Parr.
In addition, Trinity also named Nicole Oakley, the firm’s senior property manager, as a partner. Under Oakley, Trinity has expanded its property management operation in the Greenville area to nearly two million square feet of office space, including Office Park Patewood and Park 37 and established client relationships with such institutional owners as Tourmaline Capital Partners, JFR Global Investments, and Front Street Capital.
Wilson joined Trinity Partners Greenville as a managing partner, the same role he previously held at Wilson Kibler, a commercial real estate firm based in Columbia, South Carolina. Robinson, also formerly with Wilson Kibler, brings experience as an industrial broker focused on warehouse, manufacturing, and flex assets, and Parr, formerly with South Carolina-based commercial real estate company Pintail Commercial Real Estate, joins the firm specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease properties.
Founded in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1998, Trinity Partners expanded into Raleigh in 2009 and Greenville in 2013. It opened a second South Carolina office in Columbia in 2018.
