We’re Looking for More of the Top CRE Mortgage Brokers & Lenders
Early response to Connect Commercial Real Estate’s fourth annual Top Mortgage Brokers & Lenders Awards has been positive. Yet we’re looking to recognize as many as possible of the CRE debt and equity professionals who excelled in the challenging year of 2023.
As with our other awards programs, we’re asking for your input to help us recognize the past year’s lending stars. We’ll consider capital markets professionals from real estate services firms, real estate finance advisory firms, financial institutions, insurance firms and credit unions, among other organizations. Acquisition and construction loans, refinancings and recapitalizations are among the types of transactions that are eligible. Our selections will be based on total dollar volume for each broker or team during 2023.
And as with our other awards programs, we intend to recognize winners from each of the regions we cover. That means brokers and lenders in California; Texas; New York/Tri-State; Chicago/Midwest; Boston/New England; Washington, DC; Atlanta/Southeast; Florida/Gulf Coast; Phoenix/Southwest; and Seattle/Northwest, as well as those who are active nationally.
We’ll make our final selections based on 2023 dollar volume. And, since the top mortgage brokers and lenders tend to excel year in and year out, past winners are eligible.
